Consent to Personal Data Processing

The User gives Neutronics LLC who domain owner of the website https://ntrnx.com/ and is available on https://ntrnx.com/ its consent to the processing of their personal data with the following conditions:
1. This Consent is given to processing of personal data, both with and without the use of automation means.
2. The consent is given to processing of the following personal data: Personal data, which neither categorised as "special" under Russian law nor biometric: full name; phone numbers; email addresses; information about accounts in social networks; information about interests.
3. The purpose of processing the User's personal data is the performance of contractual obligations, running advertising campaigns and marketing research, including mass email and SMS mailing.
4. The basis for personal data processing is: Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Article 6 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
5. When processing your personal data, the following actions will be taken: collection, record, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, submission, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
6. The transfer of your personal data to third parties for the purpose of processing thereof as prescribed by this Personal Data Processing Policy under the agreements entered into by us with such third parties and only in accordance with these agreements. The transfer of information according to the reasoned and applicable requirements of the Russian law shall not be deemed as a violation of obligations.
7. Personal data are processed until the end of processing. Also, personal data processing may be terminated upon the request of the subject of personal data. Storage of personal data recorded on hard copies is carried out in accordance with the Federal Law No.125-FZ "On Archiving in the Russian Federation" and other legal acts in the field of archiving and archive-keeping.Timeframe and condition for termination of personal data processing: termination of the activity of Neutronics LLC as a legal entity (liquidation or reorganization).
8. Under the Agreement, the Consent is given to process possible cross-border transfer of personal data and information (advertising) alerts.
9. The Consent may be withdrawn by the personal data subject or their representative by sending a written application to Neutronics LLC or to its representative at the address specified at the beginning of this Consent.
10. In case of withdrawal of personal data processing consent by the personal data subject or their representative, Neutronics LLC preserve the right to continue personal data processing without the consent of the personal data subject under specific conditions specified in clauses 2 — 11 of part 1 of article 6, part 2 of article 10 and part 2 of article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006.
